Learning your stepchildren’s love languages can help you communicate love in the way they will best receive and understand it. I found Chapman and Campbell’s love language principles for children helpful.

Abel Keogh’s book, Dating a Widower, may be helpful if you are struggling with widower issues (questioning what is normal dating a widower, feeling like a replacement, being compared to the late wife, etc.). He also moderates a Facebook page and issues weekly videos.
